I'm an entrepreneur with a strong expertise on future of work and digital transformation.
I founded Changers, the professional growth community, and co-founded Talent Garden Innovation School, a business school leader on digital and innovation topics, with five sites across Europe: Milan, Dublin, Copenhagen, Vienna and Madrid.
I was director of the Research Center and the School of Communication and Management of IED, the European Institute of Design.
I'm a member of the board of Save the Children Italy and ScuolaZoo, serving as a non executive director to share my knowledge and help the leaders of the organizations to grow and innovate.
I wrote seven books: the best seller Generazione Mille Euro, translated into seven languages and became a film, Generazione Mille Euro RMX, the version launched for the 10 years of the best seller, the novel Berlino Sono Io and three non-fiction books: Jobbing, È facile cambiare l’Italia se sai come farlo, La Repubblica degli Innovatori and the last one, Company Culture, the operating system that makes companies grow.
I also curated Tag Books, the first Italian bookcase on digital innovation, with 15 successful titles published by Egea, publishing house of Bocconi University.
I am Milanese and European.
I am sure that this is the best time in history to live.
I am optimistic, curious, in love: of life, of my job, of my husband.
I love sport, because it's a continuous challenge to yourself in a mix of speed, focus and personal growth.
I love traveling, because I think that the essence of life is discovering the new and the different.
I believe in the entrepreneurial spirit, I like helping people to make things happen and I firmly believe that today we can do good business having a positive impact on people: I am inspired by Adriano Olivetti, the entrepreneur and thinker I admire for his way of imagining company's and human's action in society.
I believe that digital has completely redesigned the world we live in, making concepts such as continuous change, transparency, trust, speed and willing to innovation the new essential values to face the contemporary challenges and co-design the future of work, relations, society.
