Making things happen
I am an entrepreneur with extensive experience in the future of work, people, and digital transformation.
I founded Radical HR , which was created to serve as a reference for Italian companies on People issues. After the merger with Lacerba, we created the Future of Work Group, a group of companies focused on transformation, which includes Radical HR and Skillsincloud.
First, I founded Talent Garden Innovation School , a leading business school on digital and innovation topics, present in five European countries (Italy, Ireland, Denmark, Austria and Spain) and a point of reference for thousands of students and hundreds of companies.
I was director of the Research Center and the School of Communication and Management at IED, the European Institute of Design.
I invest in innovative companies and serve on several boards of directors. As a non-executive director, I share my knowledge and help organizational leaders grow and innovate. The organization I'm most honored to join is Save the Children Italy, where I've been a board member since June 2017.

I have written eight books: the best-selling Generation Thousand Euros, translated into seven languages and made into a film, Generation Thousand Euros RMX, the version launched for the 10th anniversary of the best-selling book, the novel Berlin Is Me and five non-fiction books: Jobbing, It's Easy to Change Italy if You Know How to Do It, The Republic of Innovators and the latest releases The 5 Lenses of HR and Company Culture , the operating system that makes companies grow.
I also directed Tag Books, the first Italian book series on digital innovation, with 15 successful titles published by Egea, the publishing house of Bocconi University.

I believe that digital has completely redesigned the world we live in, making concepts such as continuous change, transparency, trust, speed and innovation the new essential values to face contemporary challenges and co-design the future of work, relations and society.
