Building ventures since 2015: 5 intense years at Talent Garden Innovation School, followed by the launch of the investment boutique Happy2C in 2018.

In 2021, I founded Radical HR, which later gave rise to Future of Work Group. Today, the group manages large-scale transformation projects through HR consulting and learning, HR Tech and communication. Our goal? To build the leading Italian player in corporate transformation.
