I am an entrepreneur with a strong expertise on education, future of work and digital transformation.
I founded RADICAL HR, the edtech company focused on HR transformation, and Talent Garden Innovation School, leading business school on digital and innovation issues, reference point for thousands of students and hundreds of companies in five European countries (Italy, Ireland, Denmark, Austria and Spain).
I was director of the Research Center and the School of Communication and Management of IED, Istituto Europeo di Design.
I invest in innovative companies and I am a member of the boards of directors of Save the Children Italia, AWMS and Sicuro.it: as a non-executive director, I share my knowledge and help the leaders of organizations to grow and innovate.
I wrote seven books: the best seller Generazione Mille Euro, translated into seven languages and became a film, Generazione Mille Euro RMX, the 10th anniversary version of the book, the novel Berlino Sono Io and four non-fiction books: Jobbing, È facile cambiare l'Italia se sai come farlo, La Repubblica degli Innovatori and the latest release Company Culture, the operating system that makes companies grow.
I also directed Tag Books, the first Italian series of books on digital innovation, with 15 successful titles published by Egea, the Bocconi University publishing house.
